Yes, we welcome parents to visit our centre. However, to ensure privacy and strictly maintain infection control for our current mothers and babies, centre tours are strictly by appointment only.

A deposit of RM3,000 is required to confirm and secure your booking with us.
We offer four categories of private sanctuary rooms: VIP+, VIP, Premium, and Standard.
Yes, all 19 of our rooms are equipped with their own private en-suite bathrooms for your comfort and hygiene.
We offer flexible package durations including 28 Days, 14 Days, and 7 Days. We can also accommodate custom durations depending on your needs and availability.
Packages generally include your private room accommodation, 24-hour newborn care, mother's postpartum care, 5 daily nutritious meals, herbal soups and teas, daily herbal bath packs, breastfeeding guidance, and laundry services.

No, AVIDA is a confinement care centre focused on postpartum recovery and wellness. We do not perform medical procedures. If medical treatment is required, families must arrange for hospital care.
Room allocation is prioritized based on the expected due date and selected category. If your exact selected room is unavailable upon early or late delivery, we will temporarily accommodate you in the next available room and arrange a transfer as soon as your category opens up.
Depending on specific circumstances and subject to management approval, early check-in for the baby can be arranged if the mother needs extended hospital observation.
We assess medical conditions on a case-by-case basis. Mothers and babies must be medically discharged from the hospital and certified fit for standard confinement care. Severe conditions requiring clinical care cannot be accommodated.
