Yes. Avida Confinement Care Centre is an Alpro subsidiary. The centre provides confinement care and support for mothers and newborns.

No. Avida is a confinement care centre and does not perform medical procedures. Scheduled professional visits do not replace hospital care. Mothers and babies must be fit for standard confinement care; families need to arrange hospital care when diagnosis or treatment is required.

The current tour form allows up to four visitors per tour. Please tell the team who is joining and follow the visitor and hygiene guidelines confirmed for your appointment. Ask separately about overnight partner arrangements.

Visits are by appointment. Before entering designated areas, visitors follow hand sanitisation, temperature screening, face-mask and protective-gown precautions. Our team will explain the arrangements when confirming your visit.

At Avida in Seremban 2, you can discuss these points during an appointment and ask how its three nursery zones and Mum Support Team work.

Yes. Our Mum Support Team offers one-to-one breastfeeding guidance and support with concerns such as breast engorgement. During your visit, ask how the team can support your needs and when further professional assessment may be advised.

The Main Nursery, Observation and Isolation zones support appropriate separation of babies according to their observation and care needs. Together with hygiene routines, this helps limit unnecessary exposure. The zones do not replace medical assessment or hospital care.

Our team uses a jaundice meter as part of structured observation until readings are stable and escalates concerns for medical assessment when needed. Monitoring at the centre does not replace a doctor’s diagnosis or hospital treatment.

There are 19 rooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms, in Standard, Premium, VIP and VIP+ categories. Stays of 7, 14 and 28 days are offered; custom durations are subject to availability.

Avida’s current booking information lists a RM3,000 stay deposit. Ask the team for your written quotation, payment and cancellation terms before paying. A centre-visit request is separate from reserving a stay.

Room allocation considers your expected delivery date and category. If your room is unavailable, the team may arrange another available room temporarily and transfer you when your category becomes available. Discuss this when booking.

Confirm arrival and departure times with the team around your hospital discharge. Mum and baby must be discharged and fit for standard confinement care; individual needs are assessed before admission.

Baby-first check-in may be considered when Mum needs longer hospital observation. It depends on the circumstances and management approval; please discuss it directly with the team.

Yes. Avida welcomes enquiries from families of every background. Share your cultural preferences, food restrictions, vegetarian needs and allergies with the team. Confirm the available meal and care arrangements before booking; personalised requests are subject to confirmation.
