Nursery zoning and observation support our infection-control routines. They do not replace medical assessment or hospital treatment.

Before entering designated areas, visitors follow our hygiene precautions:

A team around Mum
Our Mum Support Team helps with breastfeeding concerns, breast engorgement, emotional needs and everyday questions. Additional wound-care support can be coordinated when needed.
Attentive newborn observation
Trained nurses follow structured care procedures. Jaundice-meter checks help monitor changes until stable, with concerns escalated for medical assessment.
Thoughtful infection control
Three nursery zones work alongside controlled access, air-purification measures, CCTV baby monitoring and structured hygiene routines.
Mum and baby on one floor
All rooms and the nursery are on the same floor, reducing the need to carry newborns between levels to be with their mothers.
Privacy, with practical support
Every room has a private bathroom. Grab handles offer added support as mothers move around during recovery.
